We are a residential-led land promoter specialising in the South and South West UK, with the aim of working collaboratively with landowners and planning authorities to deliver quality new homes and infrastructure, whilst maximising potential land values.
As a land promoter our role is to provide the expertise, resources and funding to secure the optimal planning consents for appropriate and suitable development sites.
Our approach is informed by the principles of quality design, strong technical expertise and above all a positive approach to engaging with local communities.
Our project profile ranges from sites for around 50 units to upwards of 500, with a typical site profile of 100 to 200 units. Our group also has a strong track record in commercial development, enabling us to promote mixed-use projects.
